"I could not be more impressed with Marian and his crew. We needed to get a new floor in before we moved into our new home and needed to get another two refinished. He hustled to get us into his schedule, was price competitive (not the cheapest but also far from the most expensive), and completed the work with the highest quality. This included a very challenging herringbone pattern floor for an extremely small space and he even moved baseboard around and replaced cedar in the closet to make sure that the finished product was up to expectations. I am a general contractor myself for a living, but exclusively on large commercial projects. I will tell you that Midwest is exactly the type of sub I like to work with and I am so happy that we found them to help us with our own home."
