He recommended using Loba, which aligned with my own research as a top-tier, commercial-grade finish (and a clear step above more commonly used products like Bona). He also provided practical guidance on proper cleaning to avoid buildup and preserve the finish.

The results were excellent immediately, but what really matters is how the floors have held up over time. Months later, they still look fantastic. They’re easy to clean, don’t show sweat marks or burnishing, and are extremely scratch-resistant with very low scratch visibility thanks to the matte finish.
